How to enter

Please read our Submission guidelines before completing the Google form.

Google Chrome is the best browser to use to access the entry form below, but you could also try Safari, Firefox or Opera. The entry form is not accessible via Microsoft Edge. 

If you can only see a white box and grey square below, that's fine. Just click on the small dark grey box in the top-right corner, and the entry form will open in another window.

If you are experiencing problems completing the entry form, please ensure the file size of your manuscript does not exceed 1MB. Should you need to attach a photo headshot, this file must not exceed 10MB.
